As our company is a 2-person startup, we outsource some tasks to external partners to primarily focus on the quality and processing of our products.
Therefore, shipping is handled by our reliable logistics partners, who prepare the goods upon receipt of the order, carefully check their quality, package them appropriately, and dispatch them. This process takes approximately 1-3 days, depending on the type and scope of your order, as well as the current order volume.
After that, the goods are shipped. The pure delivery time, depending on the order volume, demand, and availability of our products, is approximately 5-9 working days. However, in a few cases, the delivery time may vary. In this case, please contact our support at info@vanoglasses.de / contact form.

If you wish to return your order, please send us an email to info@vanoglasses.de or fill out the contact form under "Contact" with your request. You will then receive a reply as soon as possible with further information for the return.
We will cover the costs for the return.
You will receive your money back to your original payment method 1-4 working days after receipt of the return!
To improve our service and products, we are also very happy to receive constructive criticism, which is why a reason for the return and suggestions for improvement are always welcome!
INVOICE
For the sake of the environment, we have refrained from enclosing the invoice with the package. You will conveniently receive your invoice as a PDF download in the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact buchhaltung@vanoglasses.de.
